THIEVES stole hi-fi equipment from a silver Mercedes parked in a Guisborough Street.

The incident happened in the early hours of Easter Monday, April 21, when the vehicle was parked on the drive of a property in Baysdale Close.

Items stolen included a rare, gunmetal blue Carlsbro Powered Mixer amp which was stored in a three-feet tall brown Krups case.

A Shure radio microphone was also stolen. This was in a black case with 'Shure' written on it in white lettering.

A silver Sony mini disc player inside a silver case was also taken, with five or six mini discs and a pair of black patent size seven shoes. These items were needed for the course of the victims’ work.

Anyone who may have information regarding the theft or anyone who may have been offered the items for sale should contact PC Danielle Dixon on the non-emergency 101 number or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800-555111.
