Police are seeking witnesses to an incident in Middlesbrough.
At around 5pm on Monday, on Waterloo Road and Roscoe Street, there was an incident between a woman in her 30s with three children and a man in his 50s, which was witnessed by several members of the public.
Officers are appealing for them to come forward as they may be able to help the officers with enquiries.
Any witnesses are asked to contact Cleveland Police on the non-emergency number 101.
Plans have been lodged for a 114 new home development on farm land between Redcar and Marske.
House builder Taylor Wimpey has applied for planning permission for the houses at a site called Cat Flatt, just off the A174 main road between the two.
The documents, lodged with Redcar and Cleveland Council, show the developer hopes to create a number of two, three and four bedroomed properties at a triangle shaped site which will also include a number of what are described as social and affordable homes.
The Taylor Wimpey application was lodged with the council on March 8 and gives more detail about the house types it hopes to build on the site near Silverdale Gardens, which is currently a patch of farm land.
If approved, an existing house would be demolished to make way for access to the site.
