Police have issued an appeal after suspected stolen goods were recovered.
The items - including clothing, footwear, china, jewellery and handbags - were recovered by detectives investigating a recent series of burglaries.
They were discovered as police investigate some recent shed burglaries in the South Bank area.
A 33-year-old man is currently in custody being questioned on suspicion of burglary.
Anyone who believes that they know the rightful owners of the property should contact Cleveland Police on the non-emergency number 101.

Paramedics were called to a private address in Micklow Close just after 10.30am yesterday.
The ambulance services confirmed that one patient was taken to hospital.
Witnesses say there were a number of police vehicles and a cordon erected.

Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council are reminding residents of the dangers of fly tipping in our area.
The council says that over the past few months, there have been many cases of fly-tipping across the borough.
Now they are reminding residents that fly-tipping is not only harmful for people’s heath and the environment, but also a criminal offence which can result in a Fixed Penalty Notice of £400 being issued.
