Police are appealing for information after a number of reports of damage to vehicles in Middlesbrough;
Redcar Neighbourhood Policing Team have recovered a suspected stolen motorbike in Dormanstown;
...and it's been announced that the mobile covid vaccination unit is heading to Brotton next week, with jabs including boosters available with no appointment necessary.
Police are appealing for information after a number of reports of damage to vehicles in Middlesbrough.
The incidents occurred after 7pm on Monday and most were reported the following morning.
Two males on bikes are believed to have used an unknown implement to scratch a large number of vehicles and smash windows in the Park ward, predominantly on Southwell Road and Park Road South.
18 incidents have been reported to police.
Officers would ask people in the area to check their CCTV or anyone who may have witnessed anything to get in touch on the non-emergency number 101.
Redcar Neighbourhood Policing Team have recovered a suspected stolen motorbike in Dormanstown.
The bike was recovered on Sunday, after three motorbikes were reported stolen in a garage burglary less than 24 hours earlier.
All three have since been recovered by police and will be returned to their owner in due course.
Anyone who may have information regarding the bikes being stolen is asked to contact Cleveland Police on 101.
It's been announced that the mobile covid vaccination unit is heading to Brotton next week, with jabs including boosters available with no appointment necessary.
The team will be on hand at Freebrough Academy on Linden Road from 10am – 5pm.
There will be flu jab available for over 65s (and those under 65 who are eligible), first and second COVID vaccinations for adults (as long as there are at least 8 weeks between the two)
First and second vaccinations for 16 and 17-year-olds are also available, and also 12–15-year-olds.
Booster jabs are also available.
