A stolen moped has been returned to its owner after being found by police at the weekend.
Following a call from a member of the public, the moped was located in New Marske, to the rear of Lindrick Road in a wooded area.
Officers were then able to successfully reunite the moped with the rightful owner.
Unfortunately it had suffered some damage, however the owner was very happy to get the bike back!
