Police are appealing for information after a 38 -year-old female cyclist was robbed on the black path from Cleveland Retail Park towards Bramble Farm in Middlesbrough;

...and Cleveland Police have opened applications for volunteer roles in the force.

 

Police are appealing for information after two cars collided on Marske Road, near to Quarry Lane roundabout in Saltburn.

The incident occurred on Wednesday at 8:20pm.

As a result of the collision, the 70-year-old female driver of a Hyundai was treated for minor injuries.

The 70-year-old female passenger of the same vehicle is being treated at James Cook University Hospital where she is being treated for a possible broken ankle and pains to her chest and back.

The 36-year-old female driver of a Peugeot was taken to the same hospital where she was treated for minor injuries.

Any witnesses or anyone with information regarding the collision are asked to contact PC Daniel Badger from Cleveland Police on the non-emergency number 101.

 

Police are appealing for information after a 38 -year-old female cyclist was robbed on the black path from Cleveland Retail Park towards Bramble Farm in Middlesbrough.

The incident occurred on Wednesday between 3:30pm and 4:30pm when someone approached her from behind, pulled her off her bike and then took the bike from her.

The victim was uninjured following the incident.

Anyone with information regarding the robbery or the person responsible is asked to contact PC Phil Pargeter on the non-emergency number 101, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

 

Cleveland Police have opened applications for volunteer roles in the force.

20 volunteer roles have become available for people to apply for.

The Force is looking to recruit three Community Support Volunteers and 17 Duty Support Volunteers.

Each volunteer role will take an active part in assisting police officers, police staff and the wider community in range of investigations and activities.
