Police announce second sword arrest
Police have made a second arrest in connection with an incident in Port Clarence on which left a man with injuries believed to have been caused by a samurai sword.
The incident happened on Meadowdale Road between 8 and 8.30pm on Saturday 12 July.
A 23-year-old man appeared at Teesside Magistrates Court yesterday charged with Section 18 wounding and affray.
