The four semi-finalists in the Lou Moore Trophy have now been finalised with a Redcar side featuring.

Redcar Newmarket have joined the three other teams through to the semi-finals of the Lou Moore Trophy after an 6-3 extra time victory over Northallerton Town after scoring in the last minute of normal time to make it 3-3, in an even first half, Ben Darville gave Northallerton a 12th minute lead, but eight minutes later Jamie Graham made it 1-1 which remained the half time score, in the second half Northallerton took a 3-1 lead with goals from Chris Pattison and George Fawcett, but with ten minutes remaining, Ben Parker made it 3-2 and in the last minute Harry Shaw sent the game into extra time, ten minutes into the first period of extra time Parker gave Newmarket a 4-3 lead and five minutes into the second period Harris made it 5-3 before Ryan Hodgson scored with a minute remaining to send Newmarket into the semi, away to Richmond Mavericks, with Stockton West End hosting BEADS FC in the other semi.

Whinney Banks YCC who play Richmond Town at Thornaby on Wednesday evening in the Senior Cup, warmed up with a 5-1 victory over Grangetown Boys Club to replace them at the top of the table, whilst the Boys Club slip down to second, after an even half hour, Scott Chaplin gave Whinney Banks a 1-0 half time lead, again the second half was very even until twenty minutes in, Lee Mahon made 2-0, the Boys Club pulled it back to 2-1 eight minutes later with a Morrison penalty but Mahon made it 3-1 a minute later, Jordan Wilson made it 4-1 with ten minutes remaining and in the last minute Anthony McCardle made it a final score of 5-1, Thirsk Falcons had to come from behind to draw 1-1 at Fishburn Park, James Organ-Simpson with his 9th of the season gave Fishburn a 1-0 half time lead, a Dave Young penalty rescued a point for Thirsk, Gareth Poole scored a hat trick to help Thornaby Dubliners to an emphatic 8-3 victory at Lingdale, James Hackett and two goals from Poole gave the Dubliners a 3-0 lead inside sixteen minutes, Shaun Muir pulled it back to 3-1 after half an hour, but Poole scored his hat trick goal and Dave Burton made it 5-1at half time, two minutes into the second half, Danny Harris pulled it back to 5-2 and Ben Crooks then made it 5-3, but with twenty minutes remaining, Matthew Allen made it 6-3 before substitute Dimitri Kehi scored twice to make it a final score of 8-3, Stockton West End beat New Marske, who had a player sent off, 4-0 with Nick Matthews scoring twice inside forty minutes to make it 2-0 with Michael McLaughlin making it 3-0 at half time, Stuart Bath made it a final score of 4-0 in the second half, Nunthorpe Athletic secured their first victory and points of the season with a 4-0 win at North Ormesby, after a goalless first half, John Cairns scored eight minutes into the second half before a brace from Carl Bailey made 3-0 by the 75th minute with David Campbell scoring in the last minute to make it a final score of 4-0.

Loftus Athletic upset the second division leaders by beating them 6-4 with Gary Smithies and Tony Sivills both scoring a brace each, Chris Morrison and Rob Jones also on target, Ben Wheatley and Dean Talukder both scored a brace each for Boro Rangers and Redcar Town’s match at Cargo Fleet was postponed, Yarm had an hard fought 2-1 victory over Billingham FC, Jack Dalton scoring a goal in each half, before Andy Jowett scored with seven minutes remaining, St Mary’s College warmed up for next week’s Yorkshire Old Boys cup match with a 5-3 victory over Staithes Athletic, five goals in the first half from Ben Cotts and a brace each from Ryan McKendry and John Squires, an own goal and goals from Connor Gazard and a Steve Starsmore penalty pulled it back to 5-3, Kader beat Guisborough Globe 4-3 with Matthew Mitchell, Connor Bagan, Ben Jones and Liam Coulter, the Globe replied with a brace from Liam Reeve and one from Steven Combellack and Middleton Rangers won 4-2 at Redcar Athletic with Rafal Kochanski scoring a hat trick, Mateusz Madej also on target, Lewis Ramage scored both goals for Athletic.
