Both of our local Northern League sides will be on home turf when their FA Vase campaigns kick off next month.

Marske United will host Northern Counties East First Division Winterton Rangers in the first round of the FA Vase.

Struggling Rangers, knocked out Worsborough Bridge, who also ply their trade a level below Marske, after extra time, on Saturday.

The Scunthorpe side currently lie 18th as of Monday, while the draw has also handed a home tie to Guisborough.

The Priorymen, however, face the tougher prospect of facing either neighbours Billingham Synthonia or another Northern League Division One outfit, Celtic Nation, on November 1st.
