Boro Rangers require two victories from four games to secure their first Teesside League title, after another strong showing.

Rob Keenan gave Boro Rangers a tenth minute lead at local rivals BEADS. Five minutes into the second half Connor Hardman pulled it back to 1-1, with twelve minutes remaining Danny Lockwood regained the Boro Rangers advantage and ten minutes later Lewis Colley made it a final score of 3-1.

Stockton West End trail by six points but have only two more league games to play following their 5-1 victory at Nunthorpe Athletic, Ben Turner with his 56th and 57th goals of the season gave West End a 2-0 lead inside twenty-five minutes, an own goal nine minutes later made it 3-0 before David John pulled it back to 3-1, ten minutes into the second half Joe Teasdale made it 4-1 before Michael McLoughlin secured the 5-1 victory. Thornaby Dubliners won 4-0 at Billingham FC, Adam Todd gave the Dubliners a tenth minute lead before Joe Carter struck twice in the 16th and 23rd minute to make it 3-0 at half time, Carter secured his hat trick in the 77th minute when securing the Dubliners 4-0 victory.

Fishburn Park won 4-1 at Yarm with Mark Waterfield scoring a hat trick with Mike Kilpatrick scoring the fourth goal before Joe Minto replied for Yarm, Grangetown Boys club fell behind to Redcar Newmarket when Kieron Clark opened after six minutes, on the stroke of half time Kenny Portus pulled it back to 1-1 and seven minutes later Mark Ward gave the Boys Club the lead for the first time with Carl Appleyard securing a welcome 3-1 victory for the Boys Club.

Redcar Town won 5-0 at Thirsk Falcons with Clark Reader and Chris Jackson scoring a brace each with Jack Rose also on target. St Mary’s College drew 2-2 with Lingdale FC, Steve Hutchinson gave the College a 20th minute lead but Lee Preston made it 1-1 at half time, on the hour Ben Cotts missed a penalty to put St Mary’s back in front and they were made it to pay with ten minutes remaining when Gary Sivills gave Lingdale a 2-1 lead but with two minutes remaining Rob Bell rescued a point for St Mary’s when he made it 2-2.
