Arrest After Missing Girl Found
A man's being questioned by Cleveland Police on suspicion of child abduction after the disappearance of a 14 year old girl from Eston.
There was a major search for the teenager early this morning - she'd been missing since yesterday afternoon.
Officers found her safe and well in the Middlesborough area and say she's being offered support.
A 26 year old man from outside the Cleveland area was arrested - police have thanked the public and media for their help with appeals to trace the girl this morning.
Cleveland Police has issued a statement stressing that as a force they “remain committed to keeping residents safe and protecting communities from serious threat, risk and harm.”
