Police are appealing after a mountain bike was stolen in Middlesbrough;

...and a local MP has been awarded a Knighthood by His Majesty in Boris Johnson's Resignation Honours List.

 

Police are appealing after an incident of indecent exposure on Redcar Beach.

The incident happened around 5:15pm on Saturday, between the Redcar Beacon and the slipway.

Two teenage males are reported to have stripped naked and exposed themselves on the beach.

There were a number of children in the area at the time.

The two males were reported to be in company with another two teenage males when the incident took place.

Officers are appealing to any witnesses or to anyone who may have taken photographs on the beach which may have captured the two male suspects to contact them on the non-emergency number 101.

 

Police are appealing after a mountain bike was stolen in Middlesbrough.

The black Carrera bike was in the hallway of flats in Thorntree when it was stolen via an unlocked door between 10am and 11am last Tuesday.

The owner of the bike has a number of health conditions, and the bike gives them independence. 

Officers would like anyone who may have found or been offered for sale the bike to get in touch in the hope that it can be located and returned to the owner.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Cleveland Police on 101.

 

A local MP has been awarded a Knighthood by His Majesty in Boris Johnson's Resignation Honours List.

Simon Clarke, the MP for Middlesbrough South and East Cleveland, said he is immensely honoured to have been awarded the Knighthood by His Majesty.

He said that it was a huge privilege to serve in Boris's Cabinet, and that he has loved every minute of the chance to serve our country.
