Tuesday evening we made the long trip to Armthorpe for our FA cup replay.
First half saw us go into the interval 2.1 to the good.
Second half an equalising goal from the home side took the game into extra time, with no change to the scoreline the game was decided on penalties, even given the fact Liversedge managed to save two of there kicks we had three players miss from the spot resulting in the home team progressing the next round.
On reflection this proved to be another game where we had the greater possession throughout and more attempts on goal, but two defensive mistakes gave our opponents the opportunity to make a real game of the tie and as a result did enough to knock us out at the shoot out stage.
