...and the first direct train service from Middlesbrough to London will start tomorrow.
A dispersal order has been put in place for Redcar town centre following recent reports of antisocial behaviour.
The order was put into place yesterday and covers Redcar town centre and along the sea front area.
It will run for 48 hours at which point officers say it will be reviewed and renewed if necessary.
Anyone with information on those taking part in antisocial behaviour or committing crimes can contact Cleveland Police on the non-emergency number 101.
Police are appealing for the publics help to trace a number of distinctive bank notes which were stolen in a house burglary in Redcar.
The notes were among a large amount of cash stolen from a safe in the burglary, which occurred at a property in Talisker Gardens some time between 10.15am and 12.45pm last Thursday.
Old £20 and £50 notes and Scottish notes were stolen, and officers are appealing for anyone including businesses which may have information or who may have been handed the old notes to get in touch.
Anyone with information or CCTV footage in the area is asked to contact police on 101.
The first direct train service from Middlesbrough to London will start tomorrow.
The LNER service was due to depart from Middlesbrough train station at eight minutes past seven this morning, calling at Thornaby at seven fifteen and arriving into London Kings Cross station at 10.22.
Northbound from London will leave at twenty five past three, stopping at York, to Thornaby at eight minutes past six and Middlesbrough at eighteen minutes past six.
The route will have further links to the North East as the trains used on the Middlesbrough to London journey are the Azuma model, which were made at the Hitachi plant in Newton Aycliffe.
