Two people have been taken to hospital after a crash in Lingdale yesterday evening.
Police closed off Stanghow Road from the Skelton direction into the village after the crash which happened at around 5.45pm.
Several police vehicles and paramedics could be seen in the area following the incident.
Two people were taken to James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough by ambulance.
Police are appealing for information after a teenage girl was approached by a man who asked her to get into his car.
The incident occurred on on Acklam Road in Middlesbrough on Monday, when the man, who was in a black car, approached the girl at around 8pm.
Officers say that have increased patrols in the area to offer reassurance to the local community.

Police are issuing a warning to motorists after a recent spate of thefts of car parts from across our area.
The thefts include front ends from a VW and Chrysler vehicle in Eston, bonnet and bumper from a Hyundai in Grangetown and a wing mirror casing and part of a front grille of a BMW in Redcar.
Police say that as modern vehicles are harder to steal, car thieves are now meeting the demand for spare parts by stealing bits from them instead.
