The latest figures have confirmed a further 157 fresh coronavirus cases across Teesside.
The new data shows a week-on-week rise compared with last Thursday, when 123 new positive cases were recorded.
Stockton had the highest number of new cases, with 65, followed by Middlesbrough with 38.
Here in Redcar and Cleveland there have been a further 29.
It's been announced that community Covid-19 testing will launch in South Bank next week.
Lateral flow tests will be available at Golden Boy Green Community Centre in South Bank from this Monday March 15th.
The tests are available for anyone aged 18 years or over - irrespective of where they live - and who are not displaying coronavirus symptoms.
The site was due to open earlier this month however the opening was delayed.
There are also testing centres in Loftus and Redcar.
Police have seized suspected class A drugs in a raid in Middlesbrough.
Neighbourhood officers working in partnership with Dog Section Officers seized a large quantity of suspected class A drugs, believed to be crack cocaine, from an address on Abingdon Road.
A man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs and he has been taken into custody.
