A former church hall has been destroyed after a major blaze sent plumes of smoke across parts of Middlesbrough.
Cleveland Fire Brigade were called just before 4.15 yesterday afternoon to the fire at The Transfiguration Pastoral Centre on Penistone Road in Park End.
The cause is not yet known and no-one is believed to have been injured in the fire.
The fire, which was close to an electricity sub-station, also led to the loss of power to around 90 homes in the area.
Cleveland Police attended to help direct traffic and keep people away from the fire scene.

Members of the Redcar Neighbourhood Police Team joined partner agencies in the day of action.
Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council, Beyond Housing, Enforcement, The Neighbourhood Police Team and Fire Brigade joined forces to provide advice on anti-social behaviour, off-road bikes, and rubbish disposal.
The agencies also gave their encouragement and support to a community litter pick.
A talented teenager has landed her first acting role on a hit ITV drama show.
Soprano Charlotte Potter, from Guisborough, will feature on Sunday's final episode of 'Endeavour' playing the character of Petra Connolly.
The 19-year-old got the role and acting debut after her first few weeks at Guildhall School of Music and Drama, in London, studying classical voice.
She is no stranger to the stage after she began singing in Latin at just four.
The series follows Endeavour Morse in his early years as a police constable engaging in a number of investigations around Oxford.
