MP welcomes Normanby post office return
After campaigning for nearly a year MP for Redcar Constituency, Ian Swales, has welcomed the news that a post office service will return to Normanby.
An agreement has been reached with McColl’s to house a new post office only 200 metres away from the original site in Normanby following a petition campaign led by MP for Redcar, Ian Swales.
This is subject to a public consultation already in progress.
Commenting on the news, Mr Swales said: “I am delighted that after 11 months of working behind the scenes on this that Post Office services will return to Normanby.”
