An astonishing game of football saw Guisborough throw away a 3-1 half-time lead to go down 6-5 in a treat for the neutral, but what did Boro boss Chris Hardy think...?

By Guisborough Town manager Chris Hardy

On reflection, Saturday's defeat to West Auckland proved to be a northern league classic with the game finishing 6:5 to the visitors.

Our last two meetings at the KGV have seen West take all three points with the last kick of the game which is a bitter pill to swallow.

This being said I do believe that West are the bench mark for this seasons campaign and we matched them every step of the way today, a share of the points would have been a fair result, but the quality of our opponents keep asking questions right until the last kick of the game and they got there rewards securing all three points.
